I build at the seam where business model, product, and engineering meet — the decisions where getting it wrong is expensive and getting it right compounds.

The work moves through three layers in sequence:

  • Business first: vision, GTM, the call on what is actually being built and why.
  • Product next: roadmap, prioritisation, sequencing the trade-offs that decide what ships in which quarter.
  • Engineering last: architecture, technical trade-offs, the execution that turns the prior layers into shipped software.

I own that arc end-to-end.

AI-native execution is how the arc gets delivered solo at senior scope. I run an orchestration layer of agents that does the work of three people while I keep judgement, taste, and trust in the room — not as a productivity tool, as the system the arc runs through. Complex transformations, infrastructure migrations, SaaS transitions: one operator, at a trade-off resolution that previously required a full-stack hire across business, product, and engineering. The seven operating principles behind the orchestration are written up in Agentic AI Orchestration — 7 Operating Principles.

  • Data and analytics infrastructure from scratch at The Fabulous (bootstrapped consumer wellness app, 20M+ daily active users) — attribution, growth metrics, and reliable measurement enabling aggressive spend. Team of 5: data science, data analysis, analytics engineering. Architecture deep-dive: On Data Analytics Architecture.

France-based, European market focus, international operating background. I work on contract, fractional, advisory, and partnership engagements — not full-time employment. The shape varies; the constants are end-to-end ownership across business, product, and engineering, with AI-native execution.
